I switched dentists about a year and a 1/2 ago because my other dentist was too far. I just never felt welcome at the new dentist that I switched to and he barely even looked in my mouth, let alone gave me an exam. When I had an infected tooth my dentist was closed so I called around and Doctors Buraus office got me in the same day I called them, even though I had never been there. I went in for a consult, my tooth was infected and they sent me to a specialist for a redo root canal. I've had 2 subsequent visits at Doctors Burau for my crown and today for my cleaning. I cannot stress enough how friendly, competent, helpful and accommodating they have been. And a full dental exam which is what I would expect when I go to the dentist. Dr Alex answered my questions and I never felt like a bother, which is how I felt at my old dentist. I've officially found my new dentist office.
