Called the company to inquire about the pricing for a visit and diagnosis of my a/c unit. The woman that answered the phone was very professional. Shortly after, I received a call from Neil, the owner. He was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He offered to come out same day, which was amazing. My original call went out at 6:45 pm. The callback came at 6:55 pm. Neil showed up at 9:30pm and by 10pm my a/c unit was working again. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue and discovered that my thermostat had been wired incorrectly. In the end he gave me an amazing deal on the price. Neil recently replaced our furnace and previously repaired our AC. He is an honest, straightforward, owner who is going give you recommendations on what makes the most sense, not what makes him the most money. He does fantastic work and is very thorough. Prices are also very reasonable.
Amazing company!!!
We returned from vacation on a Saturday evening to find our air conditioning not working and our home temperature 88 degrees! Sunday morning orning I started calling companies. Neil answered and was professional and accommodating! He promised someone would be out around 2:00 and they were! Corey worked in the sun, humidity and heat to fix our air conditioner. He was also professional, friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He left to get parts, came back and in less than 2 hours after his arrival our air conditioner was up and running. I recommend this company y for all your cooling and heating needs.
