We have worked with Jeremy on numerous occasions. He is super helpful, fair, and honest.
He always is sure to demonstrate the root cause of the issue and talk with us about best practices for maintaining our systems. What I like most is that he is proactive. For example, on a service call last year, he noted that we had a new Nest thermostat that was not being supplied with electrical (battery only). This was completely unrelated to the reason for his visit, but while he was here, he was sure to make the electrical connection anyway without additional charge.
Furnace died during a very cold week and Jeremy got another furnace installed the next day. Great service, great pricing. Highly recommend.
I requested quotes from several companies to replace a propane on demand hot water heater to natural gas hot water heater. Jeremy. Leading Edge Mech., was the most reasonable cost. I had to coordinate DTE and Leading Edge for the new install. Jeremy made it easy to do. He told me how to talk to and schedule DTE. From the cost to communication to the work Jeremy and his team did, I couldn't be happier. The reason I'm writing this review now, a year later, is I recommended Leading Edge to hopefully a new customer today and had to look up their contact information. Thank you again for great service.
