Called to attempt to get a septic tank clean out which had not been done at the family cottage for over 6 years due to Covid. They were so helpful and professional to work to get us in to their tight schedules. The Tech Jason was awesome and work to ensure the work was done on time and correctly. Jason's attention to detail and knowledge was outstanding. Only service group for us for life. Thanks

Saturday October 02, 2010 around noon. I told my neighbor that I really should have my tank pumped out and he gave me the number to Mr. Clean in Gould City. It wasn't noon yet so I took a chance and called to see if I could still have it done today.I told them that the tank hatches were cleared and accessible because I was doing some minor repairs to the tank connections. Mr. Clean told me that they had a truck that can stop by on their way back to the shop.The truck pulled into the drive at the time given to me and made short work of pumping the tank clean, took less than one hour, and this all happened on a Saturday.Color me impressed!
