Fast and friendly service, the lady on the phone had me check a few things, try to save me money. When that didn't work she called the septic technician Jason, he was at my house shortly after and cleaned the tank. I really appreciate their help.
Called to attempt to get a septic tank clean out which had not been done at the family cottage for over 6 years due to Covid. Saturday October 02, 2010 around noon. I told my neighbor that I really should have my tank pumped out and he gave me the number to Mr. Clean in Gould City. It wasn't noon yet so I took a chance and called to see if I could still have it done today.I told them that the tank hatches were cleared and accessible because I was doing some minor repairs to the tank connections. Mr. Clean told me that they had a truck that can stop by on their way back to the shop.The truck pulled into the drive at the time given to me and made short work of pumping the tank clean, took less than one hour, and this all happened on a Saturday.Color me impressed!
