We haven't moved on to the building stage yet, but all the upfront communication has been great. Robert has freely given me his time to discuss a project that we have been having much difficulty getting completed in a timely fashion. He sent us an informal proposal to do framing, sheeting, wrapping, window and door set, we supply the materials, Robert and crew to supply Labor/Equipment/Spot a Pot/Fasteners for around $28sqft cost. This is acceptable for quality workmanship, which I am anticipating this will be the case. We will update all transactions to our fellow Yelpers should we continue down the path with Robert and his team.

I've hired Bob twice, once back in the 70's to build my cottage and was very impressed with both his price and workmanship. When I sent out a request for bids in 2008 on our extensive remodel, Bob came in with the lowest bid and based on my previous experience I was more then happy to give Bob the project and I wasn't disappointed. I've been told horror stories about other builders but with Robert Williams, everything went even better then I anticipated. The quality and workmanship can be seen through our retirement home. I am very pleased with his work.
