Did an awesome job! Was super thorough! I definitely know everything that I need to update on the house! He found things the seller hid no clue about so I could negotiate a better deal on the price!
Scott was great to work with. Even in freezing weather he got the septic tank open for an inspection. He gave me a very detailed report of the well and septic at a home I'm buying. I contacted him Friday for an inspection and he was there Monday morning! I highly suggest Ferguson Inspections LLC
