Disappointed that I am restricted to just 5 stars. Audra was very efficient at handling my initial needs for a new business policy and quickly routed me to Bruce. I described our needs and current coverages at 9am. and by 3pm that same day he had a quote in my hands that exceeded our expectations. He maintained professional communications during the entire process and we couldn't be happier.
