Had an issue with our dryer (an old, used Maytag) - called Ron's to have them come check it out. They diagnosed the issue easily and quickly, then returned the next business day to fix the issue. Another issue came up (not sure what caused it) within the next two weeks, but they had a 30-guarantee that allowed them to fix this subsequent issue for free. The technician (Alex, I believe) was straightforward, kind, and quick when investigating and repairing the issues.
