My boys prefer to come to Great Clips because it's where THEY feel most comfortable and always walk out with the best cuts. They've recently started getting more specific cuts, and they end up GREAT! Highly recommend the Jenison location.Service: Kids' cuts

Usually I take my son to design 1. Decided to opt out of that and try great clips in order to pay less. Our stylist was nice and kid friendly, however, I just wasn't super happy with the cut. His banks were cut straight across and I have to put styling cream in them in order to make them look okay. Luckily, not much was cut off so it will be an easy fix. Rest of his hair was okay. I decided not to say anything because they seemed busy and short staffed.Service: Haircut
