The staff is praised for their kindness, patience, and thorough explanations of treatments and procedures. Clients appreciate the ease of unscheduled visits and the personalized approach to their pets' needs. The clinic is known for its helpful and knowledgeable team, who listen to concerns and questions regarding pets' health. Many families have moved their animals to this clinic for the high level of care provided by Dr. Nied and the flexibility offered for urgent matters. Even when Dr. Nied is unavailable, clients can expect the same level of care from other veterinarians. The center has also shown great compassion in difficult situations, such as when a client needed help for their dog while out of town, demonstrating their commitment to excellent veterinary care.
I have truly come to appreciate everyone at cottonwood vet. My cat has been having quite a few behavioral and medical issues this past year and I have almost always been able to get in same day or within two days which I really appreciate. Not only are they able to get me in but the prices are so reasonable and as a full time student i can’t appreciate that enough. They respond to me text super fast and are always super sweet and help a very anxious cat mom calm down hahaha
I have been taking my dogs to Cottonwood Veterinary since 2010 and have traveled to get there. I trust them with the care of my pets and all the people who work there treat us just like family. Thank you to the staff of Cottonwood Veterinary.
We recently moved to the area and needed to establish care with a new veterinarian, and I am so glad we found this clinic. Scheduling appointments has been incredibly easy and efficient (through the app, email or calling), and the pricing is very reasonable, especially compared to what I was being quoted in Chicago. The staff is consistently professional, kind, and helpful, whether in person or on the phone. It is reassuring to feel confident in both the care and the service. Highly recommend.
