Excellent service! They were able to get out the set in odor and stains from my dog in one treatment. The rooms smelled like I had brand new carpet again! Highly professional, kind to myself and my pets, thorough, and explained their services and pricing knowledgeably beforehand. I had recently ordered myself the new hydrosteam revolution from bissell to clean my carpets, we have 3 dogs but never any dog messes, I mostly just wanted to clean them because it's a high traffic area and my dogs are always with us. I shortly learned that was a terrible mistake as it made my carpet, just now 2 years old smell like wet dog/ boots. So I emailed Silver Fox Carpet Cleaning off of a Google recommendation. Steve promptly called me the next morning and said he could remove the terrible wet smell we had. He arranged for Chuck to come out and he was very respectful and on time.
