Reviews
I cannot say how great this company is, and their service is top notch. About a month ago we called around looking for someone to fix a hot water line for my elderly mom. She had multiple others there to look at it, and no one would follow through on fixing it. JP had someone out the same day, and it was fixed within a couple of hours, for a relatively minimal charge. This triggered me to contact them for a job on our home in Petoskey. We have numerous heating and cooling places here, and have used one in particular numerous times over the 20 years of being a homeowner. We wanted heating ducted into our basement, which wasn’t a terribly hard job, and had 3 different providers come to quote us. 2 showed up and NEVER sent a quote after walking through, and NEVER returned phone calls. The 3rd, who has always been our go to, quoted us, took a deposit of 50% and never contacted us to schedule. When we finally got a date in the books with them, they didn’t show up. Then they didn’t return calls, and when I pushed they had multiple excuses. That’s when I called JP. Ron came out within a day or two, had a quote to us within a day and scheduled AND COMPLETED within a week. AND they were significantly lower than the other. We will 100% use JP for all future plumbing and heating needs, as long as they will drive to Petoskey for us!! Thank you for being responsive, affordable, and bottom line, get the job done. Great work and great business!!
Just had a furnace and a/c unit installed in our home. the 2 young men that did the work were very professional. they explained the system and how it works. cleaned up after themselves. will recommend this company to anyone.
