Diane Pompei from Coldwell Banker acted as a buyer’s realtor for us. As experienced buyers, we didn’t realize how important a really excellent agent is until this purchase.In the course of an extremely messy sale, she discovered that the family’s representative for the sale had no legal authority, that the house had an easement (which was not disclosed), that deficits in the property were not on the disclosure.
