We purchased a home, and the mudroom had no electric outlets. We needed a 220 and a 110 installed for our washer and dryer. We called Alpine, and Terry came out to get an idea of what they would charge. He quoted us about $600 but my significant other would have to dig the trench himself at that quoted price. We asked that they go through the attic instead, where he said that may change the quoted price, so he asked that I send him photos of the attic. I sent him those photos, and that was the last I heard from Alpine Electric.No returned call back, no scheduled date to complete. Was basically ghosted by this company.

The electrician was good, but the company charged me $200 (2 hours) to travel to Boyne City from Gaylord and back. The distance is only 27 miles and takes about 35 minutes. I won't be using them again!Services: Electrical wiring installation

Haven’t even had them out yet and I am giving five stars. Scott tried to walk me through my issues on the phone. Took his time out of his day for free. They are going to get here as soon as they can, but what a wonderful way to do business. I appreciated the help and the way he treated me on the phone. Extremely professional.
