“Jeff came out in July of 2024 to give us an estimate to have some repairs done on our porch. He explained everything very well and understood it wasn’t something I was looking to have done that summer- rather the following spring.

Spring of 2025 they came out for the repairs. They were very fast and the porch looks great so far! Hoping it buys us many more years ?. There was an issue where they moved my gutter down spout extension that I had so it went FAR away from my house. When they left they put it back on but cut my extension down to the last 5 -6 inches so that it basically ran right next to my porch. They left the extensions in my front “garden” area. I left it there because I knew they were coming back (just to see if they had other plans with it I’m not sure). They did not do anything with it when they came back. I reached out to the office just curious about why that was done. I was not mad- just curious. They reached out to Jeff who did a pop up visit and went to Home Depot and bought me 2 new extensions for my down spout ? It was so sweet and 100% not needed but he wanted to make it right. He refused to let me pay for them.

We will be using this company in the future for major projects! We will request Jeff every time because he goes above and beyond for his customers. He’s a family guy that watches out for other families.

Update: our porch was cracking again a 1-2 weeks later on the end where it was replaced. I was told that the repair wasn’t promised.. also my stair repair is also now cracking. So.. I’m not sure about using this company again or if the porch was just in that bad of shape but I was under the impression these were easy repairs. So after about $1200 I am a little peeved, but I guess it is what it is.“

“had a 4 car garage built by Italy American excellent from start to finish Paul (salesman) extremely thorough explained everything and answered all questions throughout the whole process. Bob who was in charge of the entire construction kept me very well informed coordinating all the work crews concrete,building,siding,electrical,gutters,garage door. Special shout out to Dave (building crew) Jeff (electrical) both great and professional office staff all very nice friendly highly recommend IAC for any project. “I chose T Harvey Construction to put in a patio because their price was best of the 3 quotes.The workmen should up as scheduled and completed the excavation and pour. Then they best word here is crafted the patio. Several days of rain delayed the next steps.When the conditions were right the craftsman came and completed the job by installing the stone raised bed extension from the patio.Overall I’m very satisfied with job they did and will call them for future projects since they are a general contractor.“

“I had my siding replaced and this company did a fantastic job overall at a great price. The siding was placed quickly and with precision, with care taken to add some extra touches that I really appreciated. The only critiques I have are that it took a while to get the materials in, which is understandable during a pandemic, but I wasn't kept up to date on when they might come in or when the job would be started. It also took 2 weeks to get the extra materials removed from my yard (longer than it act took to put the siding up), and my front porch light wasn't reconnected correctly.“
