my crew and I were cutting grass with our truck and trailer. Shakespeare was also cutting grass at the same time and location. Their driver, who had a man bun, drove right up to the tailgate of our trailer and then demanded we moved our truck out of the way. the employee that was yelled at by him was nice and professional. he was not. he used a lot of nasty cuss words and explained that we parked in front of his uncles house. which he was there to cut. its a public road. we can park there if we want. but he thought he was entitled to the spot Because of it being in front of his uncles house. the worker apologized to him and twice and all he said was "I don't care about...read full review

Just got off the phone with office staff. Had cancelled services via phone message, text and telling staff and still tried to charge me for services not done. Lady who called was very unprofessional and gave me 'tip' for communicating.

Because of recent knee surgery I was unable to complete the winter Preparation on my landscaping. I contacted Shakespeare and for a little over $200 they trimmed all my bushes and cleaned everything up, and then also cut my grass in the crisscross pattern all for $260. I would highly recommend Greg and his crew they were very professional and left my yard looking great.
