I have used Ron for inspection three times now since 2019. He is extremely patient, attentive to details and very thorough for every step of the inspection. He even went above and beyond to answer my question on some GFCI outlets post the inspection. I'm grateful for finding a trustworthy inspector like Ron. Would recommend him to anyone!
Highly recommend for the great work, VALUE and friendliness!! He made sure you understand the whole inspection process, result and recommendation. Extremely satisfied with Ron. He is very thorough. It was during holiday, we needed someone badly and thankfully he was available. Very honest, approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. He took lots of pictures of the property and pointed out any damage or potentially concerning issue.
Ron, the owner, is a rockstar and incredibly professional. I am a first time buyer and was on the market for a home inspector. After speaking to multiple unprofessional businesses, Ron called me and was very professional. He walked me through the ins and outs of his home inspection services and was available immediately to come to my potential home. The day of the inspection, Ron arrived early and was walking around the property in the freezing cold making notes. He was enthusiastic and kind the entire time. He was extremely thorough and was there almost 4 hours for a 806 square feet home, inspecting every inch of the home to ensure there were no issues. His notes and photos were detailed and he found potential issues that may have been missed by others.. As I stated, I am a first time home buyer which can be extremely daunting. Ron walked me through each issue and each step of the home. and gave professional opinion each step of the way. At the end he gave me a detailed booklet of the information he noted during the inspection and even offered to send information to my realtor.
