I realized at 7pm on a Friday that I needed to see urgent care. Checked the app and was able to get an appointment at 7:25. I love that I can make an appointment and be seen quickly. The staff were friendly and attentive. I was out of there quickly enough to be able to get scripts filled that evening. I've used this urgent care a few times and my experiences are always this good.
I went in with an illness thinking I had either Covid or the flu. After running some tests using nasal swabs, both of those tests came back negative. The doctor then ordered a blood test and the results showed that I had a bacterial infection. She gave me recommendations on how to lower my fever and prescribed be antibiotics. After a day of taking the antibiotics I Am feeling much better. I want to thank the doctor and her staff for all the care I received during my visit.
Very professional. The front desk is very helpful . The nurse goes above and beyond. And the nurse practitioner tries to find out everything so they can diagnose you accurately. I’m thrilled with this visit.
