Last week I was trying to find rain coats and mud boots for my grandsons birthday,two boys! There was no help to be found anywhere, so I went to the changing room counter, still no one around? i did find a guy who was able to point me in the right direction but then he was gone! I went back to the counter and picked up a phone there and pushed a few buttons. The next thing I knew there was all kinds of help, in fact three people!! Im kinda older, 67 yrs. and I explainded to the two employees that offered to help me what it was I was looking for and the size. I would give this place zero stars if I could. There customer service sucks, there is not one helpful person in that store. Their self check-out system is crap, you can't scan your bottle slips and they just tell you to go use one of the check-out lanes. This creates another problem, there is usually one two or three lanes open and they are backed way up. When going to customer service to offer suggestions, the rep told me, "maybe I can bring it up to a manager". That tells me it'll go nowhere.
