We have enjoyed Paulsen's Service previously but they are Above and Beyond this time. As turning on Furnace, no Heat just blow...direct call back response and coming to check. Need to be replaced (2 fixes already- prepared), new one ordered. When IT happens, no heat - they come to the rescue with Floor Heaters that keep us toasty until installation day. Financial information available, return all calls, on time, Polite, Courteous, great JOB!

I have a home from the mid 1800's I'm restoring/renovating and I'm very particular about who I hire for the jobs I can't do myself - I'm so nervous someone will mess something up or do mediocre work and I can't handle sloppy, unthoughtful work by people who don't understand old houses. We didn't expect to need a whole new heating system this year and another company's suggestion would have chopped up my house with no guarantee of satisfactory results, had no other suggestions for heating systems, and would have cost us close to the same amount we paid going with Paulsen's.
