I NEVER do reviews...ever, but I must share my experience with Jennifer, owner of Linden Floral. I live in Florida and contacted Jennifer to order a bouquet for a 90 year old "young" friend in Fremont. I hit Jennifer right after Homecoming madness and she was nothing short of cheery, accommodating and energetic. I wished to have a bouquet of fall colors, but settled on pink stargazer lillies when no orange lillies were available. I was nervous that the bouquet would be left on the front stoop of my elderly friend rather then be brought inside for her. Jennifer assured me of a careful delivery. Order placed. Well, about 2 hours later I had second thoughts about the compromise and texted Jennifer to please call me...I was having 2nd thoughts about pink! She called me immediately, and accommodated my waffling wishes with such graciousness. She offered to move my order until her next delivery date in hopes of orange lillies arriving. She touched base with me 3 days later and sent me a picture of the most glorious, full fresh autumn arrangement far exceeding the on line picture Burst of Autumn bouquet. What a delightful, professional person to work with, what a fabulous fresh bouquet. Jennifer made this such a wonderful hassle free positive experience in such a crazy negative world. Such a seamless process!! My only regrets are that Linden Floral isn't available in my hometown so I could order from her for me and that I cannot leave a 10 Star Review! Thank-you Jennifer for bringing your obvious caring & sunshine to my friend. It was a total joy to work with you!! What a glorious bouquet hand delivered with TLC! You and your team rock!! Bravo!!!
