Fremont built my home. They had it done in less than 7 months. The quality was good, and most of their vendors are great. Excavating wasn’t good. They left us a mess and we had to regrade one side of the yard and there are huge stumps still left in the yard. But the rest of the vendors were great and were very kind. DJ, Moe, Davis and Zeus were absolutely amazing. They are so kind, professional, and did a great job with the quality of my home. I did have an issue with my basement flooding shortly after I moved in, and after some back and forth, Fremont did add another sump pump, and drain tile into the basement. We started looking and settled on the home we wanted, floor plan colors, got a front porch a back deck over a walk out basement. We have now lived in our home for 10 and have loved every moment. Great work by all. Loved working with Moe! Great sense of humor.
