Jess Marie is great! We went to cosmetology school together and she cuts my hair. With having curly hair and being white and Asian, it's hard finding someone that works with it well

I love facials and massages and have had them all across the United States where I have lived and on trips. I have had two services so far at this spa. Massage: The person who made my appointment asked about my preferences and booked my appointment accordingly. When I forgot about my appointment, they called and let me come anyway. I had Min and she was excellent. 5 stars for Massage. Facial: I would not recommend the facial. I paid $70 for an aesthetician with poor skills. No mention of my skin, no explanation of which sort of products she was using. No cues on what was coming next - she was completely silent unless I asked a direct question. Extremely poor massage skills. There were large stretches of time where absolutely nothing was happening - no product use, no mixing going on, no nothing except me just laying there. I was very disappointed. When I mentioned it to front desk staff on checkout the woman said she was sorry I did not like the service but that everyone has a different "style". Interesting response. 1 star.

Ruth has done my eyebrows for over a year now and I will never go anywhere else! She is the owner and is always so kind and nice to talk to, she also always does an amazing job! Definitely recommend.
