We had the great pleasure of having Bailey construction remodel our first floor. The remodel included demolition of the kitchen, wall removal, ceramic tile floor removal, reconfiguring the structure of remaining walls, new flooring, new kitchen, new bathroom and installation of a geometrically shaped backsplash tile. During demolition, as issues with the existing construction were identified, Dan, Aaron, and Rob worked together to determine the best way forward. We have had Bailey Construction do work for us since 2014. There is no job too small or too big for them to handle. Rob always listens to what we want done and gets it done to perfection. In 2020, we had them remodel our master bathroom. They did an excellent job. Our bathroom is absolutely gorgeous.Services: Tile work installation

Words cannot express how pleased we are with Bailey Construction. We had a large remodel project which included a master bathroom and bedroom plus a half bathroom. Linda and Rob visited our home and listened to our needs. We were looking for ideas regarding our master bathroom and Linda designed several options for us which made our decisions easy. Rob advised us of the time frame and game plan. Throughout the process we were advised of upcoming events and all our questions were answered. Dan, the lead carpenter assisted by John did exceptional work and so pleasant to work with. They kept the job site clean and assisted us in many ways.
