We highly recommend Bailey Construction. They were the only ones we wanted to build our house. Their quality of work was outstanding! Rob, Linda, Dan, and Aaron were easy to work with and, more importantly, listened to what we wanted our house to be. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Although we did not work as closely with Amy, we are sure she was in the background helping things go smoothly. We have been in our home for nine months and we would not change a thing. We selected Bailey Construction to build a one bedroom, one bath, and a living area in Freeland Mi. This project started on time, continued to progress at a normal rate and is now completed. Throughout this project, we were living in Texas. We received photos of the progress and information from our son who lives in Freeland. In our experience completely remodeling one home, a partial remodel of two others, we have never found an individual with the skills, integrity, and work ethic that Rob displays.
