EDIT: Now putting at 4 stars. It turns out that my co-worker, who'd assured me MULTIPLE times that they'd placed the order, never did. So the fault was not with Cold Stream and they worked with me and my coworker to process the order. I'm still a bit disappointed by their lack of responsiveness in the first place, as if I'd heard from them earlier we could've caught the mistake and still done a much earlier late winter/very early spring planting, whereas at this point the order didn't arrive until the middle of last week. I've ordered from multiple other nurseries in the past, without much success. I like to order in the winter for a spring shipment so I make sure that I receive what I want. This is the first nursery who delivered during the shipping dates that I needed. They stayed in contact with me, met my needs, and delivered healthy stock. Well done and thank you.
