Carolynn was so helpful and knowledgeable. We called trying to get our wood stove service but unfortunately they do not cover our area, Carolynn pointed us in the right direction for the right people and even went out of her way to give us advice on our stove. If you are tired of companies not showing up, and when (or if) they do the work is subpar, look no further. CnE Chimney Service is who you will want to call. A dependable and honorable company by far. Ed and Carolyn did an amazing job on our old chimney and repaired it in a timely manner. Communication along the way was excellent. We had alot of questions and they were patient in answering them and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Wonderful service and delightful people! They were professional, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job. They explained everything they were doing and how we should take care of our chimney going forward. They did extra work to seal the chimney cap and cleaned up very nicely afterwards. Highly recommend!
