My close friend and I stopped here to get a pedicure 2 days ago. We called ahead of time because she had a formal banquet to attend within 4 hours. They said they could see us as soon as we arrived we were 7 minutes away. Upon arrival all of the technicians were busy servicing other customers, they were clearly in the middle of the pedicure and acrylic nail process. The first issue, dishonesty. We waited 10 to 20 minutes before they got started on my friend. They they had me sit in the chair next to her with my feet soaking in hot blue water. Was in the area and needed a pedicure so I thought I’d try this place out. It was just an alright pedicure very quickly done. Seen them use tools that weren’t "sanitized" and swapped out……kind of gross. Pedicure consisted of a 2 minute massage and didn’t include my feet. Salon is super messy and unorganized. First and last time customer.

Usually awesome but not this time!. My nails were rushed due to another appointment coming in. My mother's were worst. When we asked to have them fixed, it was just covered with a different color. I asked 3 times for a certain shape, didn't get it. I totally understand that work gets to much with people's particular requests however they pay for it. Tried calling to see another tech...of course it's busy. It's so much of the shellac clear polish it's all in my cuticle I have to get them redone .So for my Birthday I have to fine another place to fix our nails ? ???
