I made the call that evening and Thatcher & Son was out to my home the next morning at 8am. He was able to explain the issue and showed me the roots after snaking the drain. He also gave me a tip to use Foaming Root Killer in my drain yearly to prevent this from happening again. Very courteous and friendly.
