This company and its owners Mike Flevaris, and Nick Flevaris are all a total joke. This company gave me an estimate for a porch replacement to be completed for an agreed upon price at an agreed upon time. They missed the deadline twice, changed the scope of the work, strung me along for 2.5 months and then told me they were sorry they couldn't do the job. Now it's too late in the season to get on another contractor's schedule. They absolutely left me in the lurch, high and dry. This is a disgusting way to do 'business'. These people are so unprofessional and unorganized, they don't deserve to have any work in the future. I would stay away from these pretend contractors...read full review
Just moved back to the area, and Mike was one of a number of contractors I got in touch with. I had sunken-in concrete patio that would of impacted my foundation and they bent over backwards to fit my job in before the winter. Mike was overly communicative, set expectations on the exact plan, timing, and any foreseeable issues. I can't recommend them enough - this is a genuine company that is wholly vested in the outcome of their work.
Mike and his team were awesome. We had a water flow problem that several contractors wouldn’t even deal with. Mike let me know when he was coming and he came.
