I just want to give a shout out to one of your staff members TJ. I can’t tell you enough just how impressed I was with him today. I was able to witness how he interacted with one of the residents who became belligerent while out in a medical setting. It turns out the resident suffers from dementia and or Alzheimer’s . He was just so good with the resident as she became more and more agitated. He was able to use a firm voice with words that quickly diffused the situation. I was just in awe of him today. We were able to do a window visit with our uncle. The staff was very accommodating. A staff member stayed with him the whole time to accommodate our communication needs. We didn't go in the building, yet it is lovely from the outside.
Beautiful Long Term Facility with matching employees. Kind, loving, and supportive. I don't worry about my dad at 96 years old #WWIIMarine there he's taken care of very well. Thank You!
