Always good service & friendly staff. Can be busy at times, but quick to get you in & out. Limited staffing at times due to shortages call for hours. Seems to be improving in that area.

A nurse in Dr. Butman's office performed a medical procedure on a family member. Within a day or two, that procedure was followed by a related medical problem requiring a specialist.Someone in Dr. Butman's office scheduled an appointment for our family member to see a specialist a month or so later. Not a friendly or helpful staff. Had blood drawn last February but it was never processed because one gal couldn't find my orders in the computer and never bothered to call me or tell me. Had to go back in to have it done AGAIN where another gal was competent enough to find my original orders in the computer. Went in for urine sample today and the only directions I was given was where the bathroom was and to put the sample in the silver door. Hope the results are accurate. And while I was waiting, a lab employee (same one that tossed my blood orders from February) walked into the building without a mask and was working behind the counter without a mask during mandatory mask orders from the governor.
