I contacted 911 Restoration of Tri-Cities for my parents who were selling their home and thought they may have mold in the basement. I spoke with Jeff who was prompt in coming out to evaluate the basement that evening. He was able to a crew out to their home the next day. My parents could not say enough about how happy they were with the results and the crew. Jeff explained the process of mold remediation and what to expect. Chuck and Andrew were efficient and thorough and went above and beyond with attention to any detail. I called 911 Restoration to check my house for a possible mold issue. They responded promptly and were at my house the next day after I called. Mario came and was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company!
