I planned a funeral in January for a sudden passing of a family member and found Penny very very helpful. Little did I know that I would be back six months later trying to plan a funeral from afar that needed military honors. Our family met with Penny to take care of our mother’s cremation. She was wonderful through it all. We had delays at the county level and she went above and beyond to expedite things for us.
