Wanted to take a moment to share my gratitude for this team. We had a house fire in May. Angela was first to arrive immediately after the fire. She showed so much compassion to our family. Helped us through the first steps of everything going on. Having her there on site right after was a huge relief. We were so overwhelmed and she made everything so much easier on us. Matt, Shelby and their team joined soon after and got us through the restoration and demo process flawlessly. The whole process is a lot and the stress they have taken from us to get through everything is so appreciated. Troy and his team will now be working through the rebuild and have been nothing but informative and really listen to us and our needs for how everything will be repaired. Overall, 10/10 recommend because having ServiceMaster work through the entire process of getting us back home has been incredibly simple for us and a breath of fresh air.
