I had a very positive experience with this business. My neighbor referred me to them because I had a leak on a basement wall. There were 2 issues, one was related to a different water source but they suggested ways to discover how it was happening after they repaired the crack. It was refreshing to deal with a business that cares about helping people not just what they were responsible for.

We had a crack in our foundation. Heavy rains brought it to our attention. We have a finished basement so had to fix it fast. Tore out a section of drywall. They came the next day, very professional. Great communication. It's been 22 months of a dry basement and we have had lots of rain. Very happy!

I was impressed with this business from the first phone call. Laura explained in detail how they perform the water seal, the cost, the warranty etc. She arranged a time for the technician to do the sealing. He showed up on time and promptly did the service in a professional matter.
