I was having an issue with my pool after some rain and my own troubleshooting pointed to a possible electrical issue. John was out to me within a couple of hours of calling. He made sure that my power supply/GFI was working properly and even tinkered with my pool pump for a little bit to see what was up/try to fix it. After he came and checked it out, I felt comfortable moving forward and replaced my pump on my own the same day (giving myself a pat on the back too). I’ll definitely call Electrician Express the next time I think I need an electrician!

A tree branch broke during a storm, and fell on a power line in our back yard. It ripped the metal pole from my home and destroyed the meter. I called consumers Energy but they were unable to help. It was after hours so I can’t recall how many electricians I dialed but Electrician Express was the only one who called me right back. John was honest and upfront about prices and what my options were. They were prompt, very respectful of my home and so polite. He kept me informed during the process, made the necessary repairs/updates and did a phenomenal job! From start to finish it was a pleasant experience and I was so relieved to get the issue resolved. I can't say enough good things about this experience. Not only were they courteous and professional, they went above and beyond. For a simple 220v circuit the gentleman checked all the wiring to the panel, walked around the house and checked all breakers, and wired my dryer pigtail (which I was repairing so I did not ask him to look at) before he left.I was a bit in over my head but I knew what needed to be done and consulted a professional. At no time did he make me feel like this was a simple job I could do myself or insult my intelligence.
