For natural hair service, call SHAYLA at this JCP salon! She knows how to wash, comb out, and follow the instructions for the hairstyle you want. Again, you will get a good wash and good overall service. Also, she knows the difference between clipping ends and a haircut. Plus, when she did my color she nailed it the first time. Very pleased with the service I've received AT THIS JCP SALON FROM SHAYLA. I will go back again.

Better customer service experience! I haven’t seen that at the salon in a long time. I’ve been going to JC penny for my hair concerns in NC and in MI. My son’s first hair cut was their also.. genetational

The stylist was absolutely amazing. I had 4 colors put in. I'm loving my new look and my hair feels better too. I'll post a picture on the Facebook page review if I can find it, as this is not my primary email.Service: Hair coloring
