I had an exceptional experience getting my natural hair done. Shayla the stylist at JCPenney started the visit by assessing my hair to determine which products would be best, and listened to any concerns I had about my hair. I had booked an appointment for a wash, deep condition, blow dry, trim, and style on my thick, type 4 natural hair. The shampoo process was lovely and had my scalp feeling wonderful. The deep condition under the dryer was relaxing. She detangled and blow dried my hair pain-free. For natural hair service, call SHAYLA at this JCP salon! She knows how to wash, comb out, and follow the instructions for the hairstyle you want. Again, you will get a good wash and good overall service. Also, she knows the difference between clipping ends and a haircut. Plus, when she did my color she nailed it the first time. Very pleased with the service I've received AT THIS JCP SALON FROM SHAYLA. I will go back again.
Better customer service experience! I haven’t seen that at the salon in a long time. I’ve been going to JC penny for my hair concerns in NC and in MI. My son’s first hair cut was their also.. genetational
