I called over 100 times since open this morning just to be told "everyone's trying to get help you're not that special" when I finally got an answer after over 100 calls. dude says he already helped 8 people then says he's only allowed to help 2 people a day. they play with our tax dollars and mess around all day helping no one. tells me an appointment can't be made but if you go in the building they tell you that you have to call BUT NO ONE ANSWERS and then they pretend their quota is met twenty minutes after opening. this place needs to be defunded. the employees are a joke, and would benefit from extreme retraining. Genesee county deserves better than the pompous jerks that work here.
