I would rate this place even lower if I could! I was told my glasses would take 12 to 15 business days which I felt was excessive, I have had several calls to them about getting my glasses and they just tell me there is nothing they can do, as it is the labs fault. Now they are telling me it will be 1 more week which will make it 6 weeks. I was trying to support another UAW business but now I see that was a mistake. I have spread this message to as many UAW co-workers as I can to prevent them from the same experience i have had. NEVER GOING BACK THERE! UPDATE... I came in to order glasses and was helped by a kind lady named Eileen. She guided me to where I needed to look and was very educated on my insurance. I recommended coming here because the staff is very thorough. She said she was new but asked her coworker to check my order to make sure it was right. I appreciate her kindness and diligence. She’s a good worker.

The optometrist diagnosed my cataracts. I am in my early 50s. .i have always had great customer service from the front desk to the person that helps in selecting glass frames. The doctors are very qualified also. I've gone here for years and am very satisfied.
