I was given an appointment quickly. The facility is very attractive and well-kept, with a friendly staff. My stylist did a wonderful job, even with several challenges presented by my 74-year-old hair that had not even had a professional trim in many months.

Short back story, I had a really bad experience with a completely different salon 4 years ago and have had the worst anxiety stepping into another since.I finally took a leap of faith and made an appointment at Refinery Hair Company with Kaylee Kelly. Satisfied is BEYOND an understatement for my experience here. From start the finish I’ve never been happier getting my hair done and never been happy with the outcome of the appointment. I've been to Danny for extentions and they are beautiful..he's so nice too! And Julie the massage therapist is my life saver! She works miracles! I've had 2 neck surgery and a severed rotator cuff all repaired but have never been the same since. I do experience a lot of pain episodes and she knows exactly how to 'fix' the discomfort I live with making life so much more pain free. I love her! She is amazing! I love Refinery Hair co. Such a friendly place and beautiful atmosphere too. It's Def a zen place. Love it here!
