How is Byron even still able to be an instructor with all these horrible reviews? We pulled up on time for my daughters road test. He was on the phone, made no eye contact, and just put his finger up to tell us to hold on very rudely. When he did get out, I spoke with him and he was again, just very rude. I told my daughter at that moment she was in trouble. She said he texted the whole time she was driving, and then failed her.

Do not go here! No communication what so ever. The driving instructor missed a drive and messed my sons whole schedule up. Tried calling for help and takes 3 days for a response. The program is 3 weeks but it’s been 4 and still waiting for my sons permit with no answers.

The instructor Bryon was horrible. No respect and was talking to me in monotone voice like I was taking up his time. No pleasantries or any talking except when told to turn. He asked me for a review while he was holding the certificate. Like really. Go somewhere else.
