Everyone from the Reception Desk to the Techs and Doctor were very friendly. Throughout all the steps of the eye exams I felt they cared about me. I was informed what the exams identified and had full discussions to allow me to decide my needs. Very professional experience! Also to note the steps of exams were very smoothly run because you go from one exam area to the next. One other thing to note Michigan Vision Institute is a beautiful building inside and out.

Very nice and comfortable place. I enjoyed my visit Very much, and the woman who helped me pick out my glasses (Peggy) was very helpful, and helped me get all the discounts my insurance offered

1st time at new location, was beautiful love the decor . Everyone was so friendly, right on schedule for my appointment.Exam tech was very patient with this older lady thank you. Doctor was friendly precise as usual.
