Every one is so nice and helpful they are always patient helping me get appointments set with my busy schedule my mom and dad use to go there now my brother and sister. They have a system and it works they have a lot of staff in every department. Thank you great job Michigan eye institute! 😊
Great! I really like doing the pre-registration on my phone. When I walked & told her my name, she told me to go right to the back. I was never told that before. A nice surprise & 5 mins later my name was called! Dr. Brian was his great as always. Explains info easily, asks me if I have any questions & waits for me to think 🤔 of them! Gives great advice. McCally was awesome!
