Manpower of Flint. MELISSA IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Based off the way you speak to people before the job assignment compared to afterwards is inappropriate and I won’t be shocked if more people complain about the smart mouth upfront at MANPOWER FLINT

Horrible communication skills! They sent me to a company for first day orientation. Without a drug screen or background check. Which I thought was odd but dismissed it. Half way thru my orientation I get a call from them saying I'm not in there system. And I told them I filled out everything they gave me. I was confused then went to there office to see what was going on. I gave them all my personal information 4 times, filled out paperwork 4 times, then they told me I still wasn't in the system, and demanded I give them my personal information and fill out more of the same paperwork I had already filled out. Worst place to work. They are extremely unprofessional. Some people get an orientation a few days after hire some people get an orientation a month after they were "hired". They are nice at first but if you have any trouble they are extremely rude. I would not recommend this place to anybody
