Our AC went out during this heat wave and these guys were the only company we called willing to work on our older unit The owner and the tech are very knowledgeable in what they do and they are fairly priced. We ended up going with a new system, furnace and ac because we liked this company so much and Jeremy did a phenomenal job getting us hooked up. On top of that everyone was extremely friendly and helpful!
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Lyons Heating & Cooling, especially Rob. He was incredibly thorough and walked me through the issue step by step, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was professional, patient, and respectful throughout the entire visit.
What I appreciated most was that he never made me feel like I should have already known the answers. He treated me like a person, not just another service call, and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on.
