I often visit the Corunna Rd. Flint location. Even when it’s busy, there’s never a long wait (signing in online makes this even quicker, as the site will give you a wait time to work around). Staff are helpful and always do a thorough job. Not too chatty but not cold and impersonal either. A perfect balance that makes me feel comfortable and cared for. Great customer service and wonderful atmosphere. Thank you, Great Clips, for all of my….well, great clips. You certainly live up to the name.

Pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Pleased with the hair cut I received. Cash, credit or debit. Sign up/check in online or via their app to save wait time at the salon. They keep a record of what you had done to make it easier to duplicate the results the next time to visit a location. Discounts and special offers available make it worth providing your name, email, and phone number. Hair care products are also sold there. Comfortable chairs in the waiting area and the service area. Restroom on site. Free parking.
