The Staff was so helpful, the moment I walked in. I needed assistance for my disabled adult son and received the help. Everyone was friendly and gave me the resources needed. Customer Service was excellent! I hope in person Customer Service Continues.

I visited the Genesee Health Plan today on Linden Rd, and everyone I encountered was extremely helpful, Dee, was very professional, prompt and made me feel at ease. This is one of My best experiences dealing with the health care sector... other companies should take notice and learn from the GHP and how they treat their clients. I am over the moon at having to not worry about insurance thanks to the GHP!! ??
